These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website by Swiftaid Logistics ("Swiftaid", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website, submitting a programme enquiry, or registering as a supplier, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.
This website provides information about Swiftaid Logistics' operational capabilities across East Africa and serves as a channel for organisations to submit programme enquiries and for suppliers to register their interest in working with us. It is intended for use by UN agencies, international NGOs, development organisations, donor-funded programmes, corporate clients, and logistics suppliers.
Descriptions of services, capabilities, and operational coverage on this website are provided for general informational purposes. They describe the scope of services Swiftaid Logistics is able to provide but do not constitute a binding offer of services. Specific service terms, pricing, and timelines are agreed separately and in writing as part of a formal engagement.
When you submit a programme enquiry or request for an operational assessment, you authorise Swiftaid Logistics to use the information provided to evaluate the request and respond accordingly. Submission of an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship and does not obligate Swiftaid Logistics to provide any service.
Submitting a supplier registration indicates your interest in being considered for engagement as a supplier to Swiftaid Logistics. Registration does not guarantee inclusion in our supplier network, selection for any tender, or award of any contract. All supplier engagements are subject to our internal evaluation and procurement processes.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit through this website, including programme enquiry details and supplier registration information, is accurate, current, and complete. Swiftaid Logistics relies on the accuracy of submitted information when assessing enquiries and supplier suitability and accepts no responsibility for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Swiftaid Logistics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content for any other purpose requires prior written consent from Swiftaid Logistics.
We aim to keep this website accessible and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control, including connectivity conditions in the regions in which we operate.
This website may include links to third-party websites for reference purposes. These links are provided for convenience only. Swiftaid Logistics does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party website.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swiftaid Logistics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, or reliance on any information presented on it.
Information presented on this website regarding operating environments, regional conditions, access routes, or logistics capabilities reflects our general operational knowledge at the time of publication. Conditions across Kenya, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia, and DR Congo can change rapidly. Such information is provided for general orientation only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a current, programme-specific operational assessment.
Swiftaid Logistics shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, or inability to provide services arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, conflict, civil unrest, government restrictions, border closures, infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events affecting the regions in which we operate.
Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee that any organisation submitting a programme enquiry will be awarded a service engagement, or that any organisation submitting a supplier registration will be approved as a supplier or selected for any tender. All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Swiftaid Logistics following its internal evaluation processes.
These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any matters arising in connection with these terms, or with services provided by Swiftaid Logistics across its East Africa operations, will be addressed in accordance with applicable national law and any governing contractual agreements in place for a specific engagement.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, services, or legal obligations. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
